Flood Risk Assessment

Around 5 million people live in flood risk areas in England and Wales. Government has a policy on development at flood risk areas. Its aims are to ensure that flood risk is taken into account at all stages in the planning process to avoid inappropriate development in these areas. Where new development is exceptionally necessary in flood risk areas we can make it safe.

This depends on the nature of a development and the extent of our involvement. A simple floor risk assessment could be anything between £350 to £650.
