PARS Engineering Limited works in the fields of Civil Engineering, Architectural, Structural Analysis, Structural Calculations and Water Resources Engineering.
We handle almost all the paperwork and technical aspects of a building construction project, Planning permission, structural calculation, detailing, building regulation and project management.
At any time we usually handle over 20 projects, such as houses, apartments, extensions and loft conversions.

Dr. E. G. Soufiani (Director) is a qualified Civil Engineer from University of East London. He is also Environmental Engineer, having MSc degree in Water Resources Engineering from Queen Marry College (University of London) and PhD from the same university.

The director’s building and construction experience starts from 1984 working on port construction as site engineer in Bandar Abbas involving roads, buildings, port and railways. Upon his return back to the university, he did his research and worked extensively in laboratory and computer centre of Queen Mary College (QMC) in parallel with his PhD degree. After finalizing his PhD, he carried out lectureship at Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) in Tehran for two years. Upon his return to UK, he established this company but running computer hardware and networking for over 9 years as a family business. The line of business was changed at the beginning of year 2006 into Architectural, structural and environmental engineering with huge effort and extensive background reading and research. He and his wife's extensive knowledge of computer + 2 more members of staff has given the director a great boost in using this great engineering tool (computer) to his advantage in construction design and structural analysis in 3D environment. This is the reason for our success and unique quality of our services in structural analysis, detailing and specification.

One of the first questions people may ask is "What does PARS stand for?" The word PARS is from Persian word of Porseh or Porsesh that means question or investigation, finding and research. PARSIAN (Persians) were famous in research and finding the root cause of problems (well, a scarce art, even in our modem world!).
